These are
Owner's Manuals, not service manuals. Come here if you have lost yours, or want to check the latest printing of your car's manual.

A quick Google search didn't turn up anything for Mazda, probably because they don't have much (any?) fleet sales.
The 2005 Ford Escape is mechanically identical; you might have a different radio controls section, but most of the other stuff applies.

Charles & was98strat,
I see frenchcanadian already jumped in and commented on this. You can also download more vehicle documentation (including the SYNC Supplement) here:
http://Owner.Ford.com/servlet/ContentSe ... rGuidePage
Download as many copies as you want because they're free!

was98strat,
No, if you're north of the border, you can't register. Luckily, you don't have to register to grab a free copy, as frenchcanadian already pointed out!
Just go to this URL:
http://Owner.Ford.com/servlet/ContentSe ... rGuidePage
Choose your vehicle from the drop-down menus and you're taken to the download screen.

Thanx, but it still doesn't get me the manual I'm looking for. I am trying to get the sync manual. It's not on the ford site as you referenced, and I can't register for syncmyride.com. Gues I'll just have to read the old fashioned way...I have my escape now so it's less of an issue!!!

Yes, the owner's manual is helpful, as long as your car "starts on the key." However, how does one obtain service manuals? I have a 2006 Escape Hybrid.
