Ford Escape Headligt w/DRL's and Projectors

New member here so my apologies if I did not properly insert the video link:

I have a 2013 Escape SEL with the standard reflector housing but wanted to put an HID kit it but do it correctly by putting it in a projector housing. After searching I came across some these lights which I saw on eBay but managed to get a much better price going through Alibaba. Unfortunately once receiving the lights and being told they were plug and play. They were not. The S and SE and SEL lights have two separate plugs that plug into the stock housing. After some research it turns out the plug required for this light is the same 14 pin used on the titanium. Managed to use posi-tap connectors to temporarily wiring the lights up and running a fuse tap to fuse 39 (DRL) I was able to get the lights to function as I hoped they would. Now to remove the bumper cover and install them permanently using solder and heat shrink.

Got Everything Installed. Headlights AND Replaced my Fogs with these complete Fog Light replacements which have built in DRL's, Integrated Turn signals AND still retain the Fog Light Bulb. Next is to Put a 5000K 35 HID Kit in for the Low beams to match up with the LED Fog Light Bulbs. The lighting is a Huge Improvement and the High Beams are extremely impressive. Here's the video of the full function test.

So, what exactly does the soldier do, he must be pretty darn small, or is he the guy who solders the wires?...

Looks good, wish there was a package like that for the '08-'12s
