Help! 235 to 255 Need answer soon !

Postby AhuraMazda04 - September 13th, 2016, 2:00 am

Okay this time I'm altering my tire size from 235/70 16 to 255/65 16
The speedometer should be accurate and from the measurements I collected they should fit.
Has anyone else done this and will the tires rub? :?

The speedometer will be true, i have them on my factory wheels but with 25mm spacers, if i am not mistaken you could run them with 5mm spacers and it wont rub. again i am not 100% sure

Here is a picture of the 5mm spacers that are hub centric (67.1)

Thanks! Fit fine without spacers with room to spare. Lost a bit of steering response but gained a good amount of stability cornering . Might go wider next time with a wider rim to compensate for the excess sidewall
