Is that amp mounted on carpet?
You removed the OEM sub and amp? Did you add another sub? What about putting the amp on the other side? I think its empty behind that panel.
I've seen a few different amps, one like yours, an aluminum one with the built in heat sinks and another steel one similar to yours. I dont know if theres differing quality or any differences other than the look.

Yeah It's on carpet. It helps with vibration noise. Plus I'm a little ocd, so i finished it out with carpet. As far as the other side i didn't know if it would interfere with the filler neck , so i just used the passenger side. As it had all the holes predrilled already. And yeah I have a single non ported JL box in the cargo area. I have a quick connect on the cargo side panel, so I can remove the sub and not have any open connections. Just used a sub enclosure connection and mounted it in the side trim, just in front of the sub grate. Ill get pics up later.
