Possible leveling kit issue

So currently my E is at the dealership getting fixed. I brought it in for an oil change and to get the brakes done. While my e was on the lift they hooked the rotor up to the dynamometer or whatever that's called and it was bucking the machine off because there was so much resistance. They said there was more resistance on the right than the left. But it does spin when there's weight on it. They said it'll feel like a warped rotor pulsating when you brake which I thought my rotors were warped but they were not. They said they have seen this once or twice before and had to replace trans on one and motor and trans on the other. My question is having the 1.5" leveling kit can this cause the resistance in the rotors because of the position it puts the cv joints in especially when it's up in the air with no weight? Or am I just being paranoid.
