Anyone interested in my SCT tuner?

Postby ajc6882 - January 23rd, 2014, 11:08 pm

I have a SCT tuner for sale. I would like to get 300.00 for it unlocked with three tunes. 87 octane performance, towing, and economy. Im open to offers but I will probably keep it for one of my other vehicles if I cant get a good price. It would save about $100.00 off a new one if you have a 01-08 Escape and like the tunes I have. Let me know.

Since it is unlocked, post your engine as well. I have a SCT for my 2.3L, which is now totaled, so I wanted to use it on my 3.0v6....yup $150 retune fee :/ ugh. Someone could get a good deal, but I forgot how many times you use it until it vin locks to your car. 3 or 5....

I got about 2mpg increase but that was with larger tires. If you stay with stock tire sizes I would think you could squeeze another 1mpg on top of that. I personally got about 1mpg more with the performance tune too. I guess it all depends on your driving habits. I did see the biggest improvements on city driving.

The tuner has been used on two Escapes. You program up to five VINs on one unit before it needs to be reset.
