Advice on 2011 Escape

Folks thinking of upgrading my 2004 escape to 2010. What do you recommend engine wise 2.5 or a 3.0 V6

3.0L definitely has more guts, almost 75 hp over the 2.5L but you take a hit on the MPGs. A more spirited driver like myself enjoyed the 3.0L. 2.5L is better if your city driving is nearly 90% of your day to day routine

PM with wheel questions.

Oh, yes, the V6 is a much better engine with just a small mpg sacrifice. You won't regret it

I loved the V-6 in my 4x4 '08; and also the V-6 in my '11.

Only thing I am still getting used to is going from the three speed in the '08 to the six speed in the '11--I really miss the crisp grearing in that second gear. However, having driven a Jeep Compass over the weekend, the transmission seems rather nice now :)
