Hah, looks like you got some pics before I showed up. Very clean Escape and it was nice meeting you! The spoiler you have is weighing on me... I might end up buying it from you and having it painted. :thumb:

I saw you were looking to replace door speakers. I know these are not the highly regarded "component speakers".... but you do all 4 doors for less than one pair of components. http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-TS-A6885R ... B00A0LYAU0

I just installed these on friday and I love them. I was going to do the 6.5" components but figured I would try these first. These are staying in my car. :D

I pulled out the stereo (amp, 4 speakers, line out convertors and wiring) I had in my Ranger before I traded it so I am good on that. Will prob just need a dual amp kit, some sort of sub (have an OEM sub & enclosure off ebay I may use) and a small amp for that

A little late but here is my 2009 Limited with 2012 18" Ford Explorer Wheels on 255/55/R18's. Had to enlarge the center hub bore but they look great. <IMG SRC="http://oi59.tinypic.com/33peoft.jpg">

That's what I was wondering on some rims I was looking at. How hard was it to enlarge the center bore?

Super easy as long as you have a reputable wheel shop do the work and you're not changing it too much. I went from 63.4 to 67.1 which wasn't a lot. Just make sure your offset will be OK as well as the depth of the hub itself. If its too deep, you won't get your center caps on. I had mine done at Trudesign Wheel of Denver, CO for $40 per wheel.

Next mods. Body colored grille, billet upper and lower inserts and chrome mirror and door handle covers. To hide the vertical bars I cut them off the grille before I painted it and on the lower opening I wrapped them with black tape.
