The OLM on the 08 Hybrid ticks down to 0% at 7,500 miles, but the book says 10,000 miles. I use Mobil1 0W20, and a quality filter. I change it when the dash beeping at me becomes unbearable... between 7,500 and 8,000 miles.

I use 5.5 quarts full synthetic with K&N filter. I change every 10K miles. I like the extra quart of oil in my 2.3 duratec. I removed the 20.lb balance shaft and it takes that much more oil.

Every 3333 miles, so it's easy to remember (6666, 9999, etc).
